This meal is light to carry and provides tasty, fast nourishing food for adventure with freeze dried lentils, savoury tomato sauce and vegetables with a potato topping make this delicious no meat cottage pie. Gluten free.

Serves per pack 1. Net weight 90g. Preparation: Remove potato pouch. Add 125 ml (½ cup or MT KOSCIUSZKO fill line) of boiling water to meal pouch and add 125 ml (½ cup) of boiling water to potato pouch. Stir and stand each pouch for 10-15 minutes. Serving size 340g (once prepared).
