2.2. Third parties do not have access to information that they do not require to complete the purpose for which they are engaged to by us. For example, courier services do not have access to transactional information and marketing providers do not have access to correspondence.

3.3. Contact forms on our website have required fields marked with an asterisk (*) which must be completed with valid information before the form can be submitted.

4. BROWSER COOKIES

4.1. If you view our website, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

4.2. When you log in to our website with a user account, we will set several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select "Remember Me", your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

5. INFORMATION RETENTION

5.1. Information associated with processed orders will be retained for tax/accounting and legal purposes.

5.2. The personal information that is collected when a user creates a profile account on our website is kept for the life of the account. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information within their account profile at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

5.3. Personal information that we have disclosed to any third parties for purposes previously mentioned is stored by that third party in accordance with their individual privacy policies and is no longer under our control.

6. YOUR RIGHTS

6.1. If you have engaged our services or have an account on our website, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data that we have collected and stored from or about you, the transactions you have made, and any correspondence you have had with us.

6.2. You can request that we erase any personal information we hold about you, but we are obliged to keep any information at our discretion that we may require for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
